Requirements:
- LLB, JD, or equivalent legal qualification.
- 3–5 years PQE in corporate/commercial law with international experience.
-Strong skills in contract drafting, legal analysis, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, SPV structures, and cross-border practices.
